Superb location near São Bento station, unique artistic ambiance, proximity to popular attractions
No bar or restaurant options during my stay!!! Infuriating noise from the hall and neighboring rooms made sleep a challenge. Management should seriously consider soundproofing improvements!!! Limited parking availability is another hassle guests should know about.

Plot twist, it’s actually great!
My stay exceeded expectations! The charming historic building stands on a quiet street yet is conveniently close to local attractions. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made every moment enjoyable. Breakfast options were delightful, and my compact room provided a cozy retreat. I was never without a friendly face to assist me!

The spacious room was super clean and the decor was really nice. We enjoyed unwinding in the cozy lounge and the game room when we weren't out exploring. The only slight bummer was that we didn't have complimentary coffee in the room, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

Fantastic location and delightful breakfast
My recent stay was wonderful! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to main attractions and public transport. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of fresh items, including pastries and hot options like scrambled eggs. However, the walls seemed a bit thin, as I could hear noise from adjacent rooms at times.

The hotel boasts a prime location within walking distance of everything in Porto. While the room was clean and comfortable, it was quite small and noise from neighbors disrupted sleep. Breakfast offerings were decent but could use more variety. Overall, a fair deal for the price.

I had a pleasant stay at the Internacional hotel during my trip. The reception staff greeted me warmly and were always available to help. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I could walk to many attractions easily. My room, a Standard Double, was clean but a bit smaller than I expected. The bathroom was spotless and the shower had excellent water pressure, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast had a decent variety, featuring fresh fruit and good pastries, but the coffee could use improvement. I found the dining facilities closed, which was slightly disappointing, as I had hoped for a place to relax in the evenings. The noise from the street was minimal, but I could hear some sounds from adjacent rooms occasionally. Overall, I enjoyed my time, but I believe some updates in the breakfast selection and room amenities would enhance the experience.

My stay at Internacional was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my visit enjoyable. The location was ideal, right in the city center, which allowed for easy access to various restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was another highlight, featuring a wide selection of freshly baked pastries and scrumptious organic juices.
The room amenities were basic, and there were not enough hangers in the wardrobe.

missingWrote a review on Jun 02old-world charmconvenient locationcramped rooms
The accommodations feature a unique old-world charm, with vintage décor providing a distinct atmosphere. Proximity to major attractions like the picturesque plaza and San Bento station is a significant highlight, allowing for easy exploration of the city.
Room sizes are notably cramped, making it challenging to move about comfortably. Noise from the hallways is an issue. floorboards creak heavily, amplifying sounds from adjacent rooms and above during the night. Maintenance issues like leaking air conditioning from the wall detracted from the experience, and while the hotel offered a credit for breakfast due to inconveniences, the repair process can disrupt a guest's day.

The location is prime for walking tours, making it easy to explore the area. The room was quite small, which felt cramped. Staff friendly and always helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options, but coffee quality could improve.

missingWrote a review on May 20attentive staffpeaceful environmentweak coffeepoor breakfast selectionpoor air conditioning placement
Located in a beautiful old building, the hotel offers excellent cleanliness and a friendly, attentive staff that goes out of their way to help. The double-glazed windows effectively block noise from the street, creating a peaceful environment. While the air conditioning was poorly positioned, the room's comfort and safety features, like a fridge and deposit box, were appreciated. Breakfast could improve, as the coffee was weak and the selection wasn’t extensive enough to satisfy all tastes.

I adored the elegance of the hotel’s historic decor, which included beautifully detailed ceilings and walls. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring easy accessibility throughout the premises, making it comfortable for seniors like myself to navigate.
A bar and restaurant would enhance the experience.
